"Now we are still dealing with this bit issue I’ve paid for 4 new bits and the only bit I have is the one John said to send back because it’s his original template John I’m not sure where to go with this. Please give my money back or give me product that I have paid for. You still do not answer your phone and your voicemail box is completely full. I’ve been dealing with them for the past eight weeks on trying to get new dovetail bits for my dovetail machine. every time I try to call John his voicemail box is full and he never answers his phone and never returns phone calls. I sent the bits back once they send them back to me And they are still the same. I am very very frustrated at the poor communication. It’s just like they don’t care. I just don’t understand why they can’t give me a bid that cuts and does not burn a year and a half ago I’ve been through the same situation they told me it was the way I was adjusting my machine so I loaded the machine in the back of the truck drove out to South Bend an hour and a half Drive. only to prove to them that their bits were wrong And here we are again a year and a half later in the same situation. Nothing is ever going to change. John I have been trying to call you and your company for quite some time. Please respond you have my phone number. Here we are straight back to exactly the same issue as I posted the last time John sends me his one and only bit in the whole entire shop that he has as a demo. Several months later I still don’t have my Four dovetail bits every single time you call him. His voicemail box is not accepting new messages. He never returns phone calls, John I need dovetail bits I paid for them . If you cannot provide me with the bits, just give me the money back for the machine and we will be good. Or it’s just as simple as providing the dovetail bits. I also sent my last bit back to be sharpened, and you never returned it."
