"MANAGER BRITTANY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!! I absolutely can not believe the conversation I overheard while checking out prizes with my kids. A customer was asking if there was a refund for cards or why they wouldn't make announcements to give warning that they were closing. I get it, I did see the girl purchase the card like 1 minute prior. The manager told the girl that she couldn't do anything but to contact her manager in 3 days. Then another customer got involved supporting the girl and said they should have a clock or make some type of announcement. The manager looked at the other girl and snapped, "was I talking to you, does this involve you?" Then told both ladies, "it's 2024, everyone has a phone!" Wow, Are you kidding me???? What business does this manager have to make such an ignorant statement? Also, why was she being so rude and coming at the pregnant lady with such attitude? I almost wanted to get involved at that point but finished checking out and just left in complete Shock of this managers behavior. As someone who's worked in the customer service industry, that is not a way any manager should try to defuse a situation or talk to their customers who are probably guests at the hotel. She truly needs a lesson in customer service and to take some hospitality classes or see a theropist before working another shift. Other than the end of a good experience being ruined for my kids and I by the managers behavior towards other customers, the arcade is OK. It's not very big and the prizes cost a lot of points compared to other arcades. The games also cost a higher amount of points than others I've been too. 3 stars at best."
