"I recently visited to upgrade my phone from a barely-functional iPhone 7 Plus to an 11. They were offering a deal for $100 off with in-store activation, so I asked the gal there to explain it a bit further since there wasn't much info right on the price tag. She was very patient and answered all my questions, but I think the best part was that once I realized it'd cost me more in the long run (the deal required me to choose the unlimited plan which was $35 more per month than what I pay now) and said I'd rather just pay full price, she didn't try to sell me anything else and get me to pay more like I see a lot of salespeople do. She just respected my choice and I appreciate that. Unfortunately I didn't catch a name but definitely recommend for their customer service!"
