"Don't come here Go to Ann Arbor or Midtown, Drivers. They are welcoming. Berkeley is not. First of all I see why this warehouse is closing. You have 10 drivers and 0 orders. It makes the drivers attack each other when there is not enough work. That doesn't even matter. It's because of the nasty attitude of the manager. I travel with GoPuff and I been with the platform 4 years. I even work this state because I like Detroit. I been going to this location on and off for over a year. Last time I was up there I noticed the manager watching me. My account was terminated in a week. I returned to Atlanta and got it reinstated because managers are in charge of the warehouses not drivers because we are independent contractors. The manager, black guy did not get his name, uses his power for abuse. For years I was not bothered while working Berkeley. I worked dropped off packages no problems. A driver told me they had to manay drivers, I went to another location and boom, they had terminated me. And I do my job. Very Well. That's why they gave me my account back they saw the misunderstanding concerning me. I thank goPuff for looking out for me over the manager. But that won't happen for everyone. If I was you, when warehouses close u may be abused like this randomly. They act faul to random good drivers coming in temporarily because they see them as a threat rather than coworker. Good drivers are silent and stay to the selves to not effect their lively hood. Ann Arbor and midtown are welcoming locations and they welcome out of state workers. You are safer plus you will make double the money than here."
