"What is the point of making an appointment and still having to wait well after your time to be seen! Benson needs to address this issue, but of course she won't do anything about it. Mine along with everyone else's time is valuable. That's why we make appointments. SOS no longer does the text to wait to make it convenient. Rediculous and frustrating! Change it."

"The staff was excellent: friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, even though I had an appointment (that I made three days prior) they were short staffed, and I had to wait an hour anyway. Next time, I will make my appointment the first morning appointment available, and I will have a better chance of getting in and out quickly."
