"Worst customer service since day of the 1st delivery!!! When I bought the furniture, I told Affan many times it is going upstairs.. He failed to listen to the customer and instead blamed me.. The day they delivered.. the driver was very rude, saying he didn’t know it was going upstairs.. and they needed extra money to setup.. I ended up paying $40 to the guys which I didn’t mind since they took a couple hours setting it up. One of my chest came damaged and they end up taking it back, and second one came today and it was damaged worse than the first one. When I went to get the refund, I didn’t even get back what I paid for the chest and they instead charge me 15% cancellation fee when it wasn’t even my fault and they failed to mention that when I bought my furniture and I paid with debit… I paid more than $3600!! This is not how you keep a customer. You guys are cheaters and liars. Please change the way you talk to the customer and be more considerate. I would rather go where I buy expensive furniture. If I get the quality customer service! The chest is worth one week of my works pay. It doesn’t even make sense .. you guys are the ones who ordered it twice because it was damaged and you charging me for delivery to send it back.. I’m sure the company is not charging you to send their damaged furniture back.. I hope anyone that shops here does not shop here anymore and I will DEFINITELY not be going back.. the quality of the furniture is not good also, it’s like cardboard paper on the inside. Your prices are too high for cheap looking furniture!"

"After using the sofa 1 week, buttons fell off the newly purchased sofa, making the fabric loose. No one would say its a brand new sofa!! After delaying 2 mnths, the owner simply said they cannot do anything about it as there is no warranty. We spend thousands of dollars not to hear this kind of ridiculous excuse. Its been only few days after the purchase when this happened....Please improve your service."
