"I was immediately greeted by Deborah who helped me choose a chair and ottoman . Deborah is friendly and knowledgeable without making me feel intimidated. She answered my questions and helped me search for a fabric informing me of the pros and cons of cotton fabric versus polyester. I genuinely enjoyed working with Deborah and even though I could have spent less elsewhere, I know I ordered a beautiful piece of furniture and I would certainly go to Gorman’s from now on! I left the store feeling thrilled with my order! Highly recommend Deborah !!!!"

"I have not yet received my purchase.. Up to this point Nancy Pacella has been a wonderful sales person. She was very knowledgeable of the product and has communicated with me regularly , answered all my questions and kept me informed on order status."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I was expecting a Gormans experience when purchasing a new bed for my home. Thats not what I got. Instead I was delivered an upholstered headboard that was completely stained and discolored from half of the headboard all the way down to the legs of the bed. When I let my salesperson and Dolores know about this, they sent out a cleaning company as first protocol to see if the stains could be removed. The company said they had never seen something stained this badly and it could not be removed, and that I should ask for a replacement bed. When Gormans of Troy was told this, they made me drive from Bruce Township all the way to the Novi store to physically walk another bed to make sure there weren't any stains. I did that and what I saw on the floor model had no stains. When this replacement bed was delivered, I believe they gave me another one from the warehouse and that was stained even worse than the first bed. I am absolutely furious with this company. THIS IS NOT A GORMANS EXPERIENCE AS I'VE SAID BEFORE. This is actually awful. I told Troy that I wanted a completely different bed, and they said they would get back to me. It's been four weeks and I've yet to have a call back from them. Gorman's you need to do better with your inventory and with how you treat customers who are constantly giving you business."

"I special order a sofa from Gormans And the service was A1; the gentleman (Christopher) that was my sales associate was very informative; he answered all my questions and concerns. The quality of the sofa was just what I was looking for. I also brought a chair for Gormans. Love it! Love it!"
