"As far as the self checkout goes, I've always had a great experience there. Gina is usually the clerk working when I go in on the weekends and she's super helpful and friendly. She even knows the usual things I buy and brought to my attention that I didn't have that item in my cart! Good customer service is rare these days but Gina goes above and beyond. Good job Gina! The world needs more people like you!"
"This location has been mostly great. Great management resolution, fast and helpful employees working "kroger pick-up". They have been low on cuts of beef last couple weeks but otherwise great grocery."
"This Kroger has to be the worst grocery store around. The management is horrible and after writing an email to the executive level people I was advised to go in and speak to the store manager. The very person I was complaining about to them. As the manager acted like I was wasting their time when I made a complaint of rotten and outdated food in the produce section. We had also bought some meat that was on sale, when it thawed it smelled like road kill. We made trip to another Kroger to get something when we were at a relatives and noticed a substantial price difference of some things we bought. I enquired about this in my email to the executives. The lady actually admitted that they do this do they can “compete” with other stores. So since there is no other grocery store in Grand Blanc, the Kroger corporate people price gouge us. The store is also not very clean and spills are just left until they dry up. There was the smell of raw sewage in the middle of the store, I was told by the regional manager there was some type of pipe issue. So instead of closing the store and fixing. The left it open for at least two weeks. Another big thing is the cashiers have to bag all the groceries they ring up. Baggers are few and far between. And how can a person watch to make sure what they are buying is charged correctly if they are bagging their own groceries? This adds to the already long wait times. The Meijer on Hill Rd. A few miles away, but fresh produce, meat, with a much better selection. The store is really clean."
"If zero stars were an option I would take it. It has been a while since I have step foot in a Kroger's and I now remember why, except it's 10 times worse. The set up is annoying. I had their daily customers tell me they too still have a hard time finding things. There wasn't a single employee to be found to ask for help on the floor. Prices are total garbage, you are just paying for the brand. And to top it all off I waited in line for over 10 minutes only to try and do self checkout, to just be ignored by the workers there when I needed assistance. There was literally 3 employees near me and it took a solid 3-5 minutes of them just standing there talking to each other before they when considered people might need their assistance!!!"
"Clean store and pretty busy. Enjoyable deli area. Note: An attempt to withdraw funds via debit card while paying your bill demands a .50 fee."
