"I placed an order yesterday online for same day delivery, and was told everything was in stock. Come to find out, my mattress and foundation did not make it on the truck, and my frame came last night with no prior warning that my mattress was NOT coming. After calling customer service 3 times, the best answer was “we don’t know how this happened”. I had to sleep on my floor. Cut to today, my delivery window was 11:30-2:30; it’s late and now I have to send someone to pick up my son from school. Got a call from the manager, saying that he’s so sorry this happened, and that the store manager approved a $50 GIFTCARD for the inconvenience. What will $50 buy at Gardner White??????? He said“Because the mattress was on sale and you ONLY PAID $150, that’s all the store manager will approve” got it. Spend your money somewhere else. You’ll get empty answers and no one cares. I have been buying from Garner White for years but not anymore."
