"Unhelpful people. Last time the driver had no problem dumping into the flower bed. This time bosses son had an issue and gave us a ton of extra work. Had attitude as soon as he arrived. Product is very low quality and mixed with a bunch of garbage"
"Received 3 yards of screen topsoil. Was told that there might be some rocks in there. After screening the topsoil myself, about an eigtht of 3 yards is rock, glass, and tile."
"Ordered 5 yards of black mulch after my neighbor recommended these guys. It was a last minute order because I forgot to order during the week and I wasn’t expecting them to be able to drop it off the same day… The mulch arrived within 30 minutes or so and I couldn’t be any happier. I own a rain gutter and storm drainage company and these guys have been a breath of fresh air after the week I’ve had with another yard screwing up a $10,000 order I placed for 10a stone, top soil, drainage fabric and pipe! Time to switch yards, baby!!!"
"Ordered 2 yards of fill dirt to even up low spots in my yard and close to a quarter of it was thick, sticky clay, broken concrete pieces that were big, huge rocks, bricks, and even rebar. I had gotten a couple of yards from them a couple years back, and they were great but this time it was ridiculously full of basically garbage that shouldn’t have been in there. I read on several sites the definition of fill dirt and fill dirt by definition can have rocks and little pieces of slate that are naturally in the ground, but no definition anywhere, said bricks, large chunks of concrete, rebar, etc. I called the company to complain, and they did send one of their workers back out when we were done to pick up all of the concrete, rebar, bricks, etc. so at least they did that but the quality of the fill dirt was horrible and unacceptable. I will not use them again and will not recommend them to anybody. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how big the pile of bricks and broken concrete and junk was that was mixed in with our dirt. my neighbor who was helping me, and I were so shocked and disappointed, such a shame"
"Staff was friendly and helpful but the product was not desirable. I got 1 yd of topsoil put in my truck on Sat morning with plans to use it Sunday. (They used to be open Sunday) When I started shoveling it out I started finding huge clumps in it! When I tried to cut them apart I discovered it was clay! Just what I need in my yard, more clay! I have pcs from a golf ball size to 10"! Buyer beware...."
