"The tile shop is a great destination for tile choices and knowledgeable personnel. I am new to shopping for tile but today's experience was a positive one. I would recommend a couple things to the company, though. A.) Have bottled water available upon request. And a sign saying it's available. It's very dry inside the store and when you spend hours in there, you can't get enough fluids in you. B.) Have a station available with assorted cabinet face colors, wall colors and good lighting. I struggled to find spaces in the store that I could set up my granite sample and tile sample. If you had a station with a few basic wall color areas, and a few door fronts in basic colors, it would greatly improve the experience for those of us that want to make the decision at the store. All in all, I'm very happy with the tile I found there and I'm looking forward to seeing it installed."
