"We had our sons birthday party here and Juliana was our host. We had a fantastic experience, the space was perfect and so cute and cozy. Juliana was so helpful and made us feel so comfortable: offering to get music on, helping set up and clean up, being so kind and patient as this was the first birthday party (outside of just family) I’ve thrown for our little guy! The space has lots of options for creative, low stimulation, imaginative play. I do think the space is best suited for 3 and under birthday party as any older you may need a bit more space. But our sons 3 year old party where children were all 3 and under: it was perfect and definitely recommend!!"

"The playroom is very cute and well set up for small children but it was not an enjoyable experience. I brought my 20 month old for drop in play and the natures playhouse worker brought her crawling baby and older son. Her older child was seemed too big to be in the room playing with children under 2, he was hitting and pushing other kids. Out of no where he came up to my 20 month old and slapped him across the face so hard it left hand print marks on his cheek. The worker didn’t look at me/my child or even say I’m so sorry he did that, are you ok? She didn’t have her child apologize. Her child pushed my friends 20 month old who was also there. Her child was purposely following mine around blocking him from toys and taking things from him. It was not a relaxing experience as I had to spend the entire time trying to keep her child away from mine. If I never left a review, this situation would not have been addressed in anyway. They reached out to discuss what happened and gave a refund but did say “We work with our team to help avoid incidents where children may harm another, especially given most are parenting themselves while in the space”. I don’t think that workers should be bringing their children especially if they cannot behave with paying guests!"

"They moved a little bit down the street, maybe three spots north. The new space is really nice, more open, larger snacking area, same lovely toys."

"Went for a drop in lactation consultant session and had a great experience. Emily was knowledgeable and friendly, I instantly felt comfortable. It was a very welcoming space where I felt free to talk about my struggles. In the end I left supported and feeling like I have a better handle on things."

"Nature's Playhouse was great! My son and I visited for a drop in play session and were really happy with the space and the staff. The other families were respectful and we had an awesome experience. We will be back!"
