"What a great way to spend a cold morning! The cost was in budget, the amountbof FUN our girls had was exactly what was needed. The coffee was on point, their pizza was delicious & it was busy, but wasn't too crowded. The staff was so friendly and the facility was very clean and maintained! THANK YOU!"
"Really great place for parents to bring kids to get energy out. $25 for a 2 year old and 4 year old on a Saturday isn’t terrible and they got to play for a couple hours until they were tired. The place was great except for the dark room that smelled funky and the bunch of games you need a card purchased to play."
"This is a very nice place for kids to play! The food is a little overpriced. Feels like it could be a little cleaner in there. I thought arcade games were pretty fun for little ones! I wish they locked the other door that goes to the little porch so kids can't go out. Most parents pay attention to their kids, but some don't, I would hate to hear about some very unfortunate accident happening to a little kid. OVERALL we always had a good experience going here!"
"I used to love coming here with my oldest. We decided to bring our youngest to try it and unfortunately this business has gone downhill. Dirty, things rigged together not up to safety standards. I would not bring your kids here until they turn it back around, much more cleaner affordable places out there."
"I took my kids and niece (5,3, and 1) for the Noon Years Eve event. This was our first time going to Rochester Play and it did not disappoint. The girls had a blast. Even my one year old was able to climb many things. Even with the event being sold out the staff was on top of it and very accommodating. The cafe was quick and had a very large selection. Everything was clean. The balloon drop at noon was awesome and the kids loved it."
