"Need to be REMODELED. Food to expensive. A regular sized pizza is $20 with 1 topping! The Younger Male Employee wasn’t very “Kid Friendly”. He was scaring the kids out of the blue, while they were playing laser tag, and walking around the front area eating ice cream, while cashing customers out. Then he kicked my son out of the playscape area because he didn’t have on a wrist band, when no one informed us that we needed one when we made our initial purchase. Every time I asked him questions about the games they had, he gave me blank stares, and corrected me with an attitude like he didn’t speak English. He also yelled while cashing me out, and told a kid a machine there didn’t work, when clearly it did. The older lady that works there was really nice though. It gives homely vibes. Would not Recommend. They gotta be moving weight out of there or something and the ArCADe is the underlay for the overplay."

"Have taken my son here for 12 years, only to find out today that the only way you can have a birthday cake is if you spend at least $300 on a party package. Why would I spend $300 when theres 2 kids in my party? Probably should advertise that somewhere so I could have known not to waste my money either on coming here or the birthday cake I bought and nobody got to eat.. this place used to be busy all the time, but I fully understand now why on a Saturday they were completely dead. I won't be coming here again. Seems like a very petty reason to loose business. Thanks again for taking the joy out of a little boys birthday party...."

"My autistic son really enjoyed himself here during a time it was not so busy! I called before we arrived to confirm and staff was very pleasant and understanding. It was actually a place where I could sit and relax while he played and not worry about him wondering off! Wing dings were cooked just right ☺️"
