We had to reschedule due to illness and they really went out of their way to help find another date! The space as always is open and clean! The kids and adults both loved it !"

She’s incredibly quick to reply to any questions you might send her way, and she even delivers toys to my home. With a toddler and baby, not having to run that one more errand is such a blessing! "We have been going to this really great, educational + fun space in Birmingham since September. My kids absolutely love it! It is so clean, the staff is so friendly and there are new toys to play with every week. The activities + toys are really unique, most we’ve never seen before. My 4 y/o was struggling a bit socially and it’s been really great for her interacting with the other kids & parents there. Everyone is so kind and patient with one another. We totally recommend visiting & the membership is absolutely worth it! Oh! The coffee bar and seating area are great too! ❤️"

"I recently took my 4 year old daughter to the Fascination Factory, and it was an absolute blast! This play place is a haven for children. The clean and imaginative play areas kept her entertained for hours. All the toys have educational benefits and kept her attention. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. My daughter had such a great time I was even able to bring my laptop and work while she played. I had to force her to leave after 5 hours of nonstop play. We can't wait to go back for more fun and exploration!"
