"My husband and I were shopping roofing companies for over a year. We were referred to Toby by our neighbor. We were so impressed by how much time he spent inspecting our roof and attic (he was the only person salesman who did.) Toby helped us pick the perfect color by putting large samples against our brick and siding. The installation process was so smooth and done in one day. Malik was the project manager and Toby brought lunch for the crew and made sure our job was done properly. My husband and I are in our late 60s and felt very well cared for. "One of the worst experiences I have had. Patio cover project was started in May 2022 and project was to take 2weeks. The project took almost a year (finished Feb 2023), the subcontractor was fired two months into the project, no one showed for months, no one in the office had an answer to when my project would be completed, project failed first inspection, had roof leaks which took 3 attempts to fix, holes for concrete were not cut straight, posts are not in line with one another, soffit under patio cover doesnt look professional, siding didn't match rest of house, and shingles of patio cover do not match rest of house. I had to get an attorney involved just to get work done after no one showed up for months. Spoke with general manager and I asked for a discount. His response was "I apologize for the delays and although money doesn't solve all issues it can help ease the pain". Second time I spoke with him, after he avoided phone calls and after my attorney called, he was extremely rude and pretty much told me to fly a kite. I had to hire another company out to match replace the siding on my home so it matched what Title did as they refused to match it without me paying even more for something that I understood was included from the sales person, who is also no longer there. Title said they do not make my color of roof anymore which is a complete lie. I had another roofing contractor out Feb 1 to fix an unrelated issue on my garage and they found the exact same color shingle. Such a shame because I had friends looking for work. I would NEVER recommend this company to do any work on your home unless you want mediocre/rushed work and poor customer service."

"I am so impressed with this company from start to finish. Chris came to my home and did an assessment and quote. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about everything. One of my concerns in my home was having enough ventilation in my attic since I essentially had zero before. He went over all the different types of ventilation they used as well as info on materials. The price was more than fair and their financing is stellar. From that first meeting they were able to schedule a week later and they had my roof done in one day. I will be recommending this company to everyone."
