Reviews of Kids Empire Auburn Hills
"We had a great early afternoon at Kids Empire. The employee checking in was doing a great job and apologized for the check in wait, she was on her own. She kept her composure and was very friendly even though she said she felt overwhelmed. The motorized bikes need a power card. We did the 50 credits for $10. It’s 5 credits a ride. The girls (3&6) really liked them. All the play areas were fun and engaging for both. And us grown ups could navigate through after them really well. Clean, open space with tables. And only one way in/out which is great for safety and wandering kiddos. Snack prices were fair. $1.75 for chips and ~$2 for juice or chocolate milk. They have a lunch for $6.75 that comes with an uncrustable, apple sauce, juice, sucker and 5 credits for games/bikes mentioned previously. All day pass as well, so we are heading back later if the kiddos still have energy left."
"Hi, overall we had a decent experience with this location, one thing that concerns me is "the loop net game", this game has multiple layers of straps that can extend, game photo is attached, the gym rule is: you can climb from the bottom to the top or fall from the top to the bottom. I witnessed a couple of kids trying to climb up and couldn't easily come so, then they tried to bounce up and balance themselves in between layers, they could be stuck in each layer for over 3mins. I personally really don't understand how this behavior is allowed, they are moving uncontrollably for minutes which can very likely hurt themselves and other kids. I strongly suggest to ban the possibilities of climbing up for a safer environment. Thanks."
"Very impressed by this place! We actually came here after having a terrible experience for our sons birthday party at another play place. Our minds were blown away by how awesome this place is. Clean, fun, and everyone working there is so upbeat. Really wishing we had our sons birthday party here instead."
"Super fun!! It is located in the 8th district at great lakes outlet in Auburn Hills. You have to enter thru the parking lot side, there is not an entrance inside the outlet. You need to fill in a waiver per child on an iPad. The cost is $20usd per kid. It is valid all day long. You can go outside and re-entry with the same ticket (only the day you bought it). It's open from 9am to 8pm. There are cubbies that you can use for free, and there are safety lockers for and additional cost. Everyone needs to wear socks. Clean restrooms. Water fountain available. There is a baby/toddler area. And the main playground is beyond this world. It has 3 floors. There is a small soccer area on the second. There is a car slide. No outside food, there is a cafeteria where you can buy sandwiches and kids meals. There are mini electric cars with additional cost. It's definitely worth the price."
"After reading reviews we didn't have high hopes but we went on Sunday and had the best time. Manager was nice and so were the workers. We had zero issues with the facility. There were some rude kids but thats on their parents. Not the workers. For the price you can't beat it. There was so much to do and it was really nice taking our 2 year old to. She was able to play in the infant/toddler area and play on the bigger area since we were able to be with her on it. We'll definitely be back. They are card only though. But it's amazing for kids and it doesn't smell so that's a plus. For 20 bucks you cannot find better place."
