Rocks and Robots Summer Day Camp

"My granddaughter has been attending this camp since 2016. This year she will go for two weeks. This camp has been great for encouraging my granddaughter in an area we should all be encouraging our children in........ computer programming. I am always amazed as she explains the "how's" and "whys" she programmed her robot. My husband is a computer programmer and he said that our granddaughter is learning stuff that he did not learn until he was in college. This camp has been great for her self esteem. The first year she went she learned about robotics and also learned about rock climbing. She was nervous about the rock climbing part, however, the camp counselors were so supportive she took to the rock climbing like a fish to water. Every summer my granddaughter looks forward to attending Rocks and Robots."
