"This park is absolutely wonderful! I love it that I can walk around the lake (3 times = approximately 1.5 miles) and see the wildlife. Even better, the library is right in front of it. It’s awesome how they provide a different kids story to read as you walk around the trail, too."
"Heritage Park is a great place to spend a day with the family. There is something for everyone, from a splash park and playgrounds to sports fields and a sand volleyball court. The park is also home to an amphitheater, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year. I especially love the splash park. It is a great place for kids to cool off on a hot day. There are plenty of water features to keep them entertained, including a giant bucket that dumps water on everyone below."
"Great park with Wonderful scenery! The Christmas lights this year were cute and the kids really enjoyed the walk. We usually come here during the summer for fishing and different events Canton hosts. Been coming here since I was a kid so it's cool to share this with my kids now"
"In this park there are 2 playgrounds, one of which is wooden and the other modern style. There is also a splash pad where children can have fun. Some shelters with benches, tables and barbecue grills can be rented for different occasions. Different events or concerts take place in this location. have fun!"
"Absolutely a beautiful place to visit. Located behind the fire department, police department, and library, you will find paved pathways to run, walk, or bike. With two nice ponds to sit by, you can watch the ducks swim in the water; or watch people fish. There is also a beautiful pavilion where, nice pictures can be taken at; or just stand around and take in one of the ponds. There is also a playground and splash pad for the kids. So if you have kids, take a day to bring them there during the summer. There is also a beautiful and heartfelt memorial for some of our brave young men and woman who served our country proudly. Take a minute and stop by to pay your respects, to those who gave their all so we can be safe and free. My condolences to all of those who have, lost a loved one who once served our country. I am a Granddaughter to a late Army Grandfather, who was awarded a Purple Heart while fighting in the Korean War; I am also a niece, a sister, and a friend to many who have and still are serving. God bless all of you, and thank you for your service."
