"I called at 4:32 pm to check they're closing time and location, the guy on the phone provided that info.He also took the time to reiterate that he will be closing soon..I asked him do you close at 5pm he replied yep. I arrived there at 4:43 to find the gate and door locked. I am an understanding guy and would have taken I'm leaving a little early just as well as YEP.
