"Purchased a half slab of quartz since they would not sell me the exact amount I needed. I was told they would hold the rest of the material for future projects until I was able to use it. Called before pandemic and was told my slab was sold a long time ago but I would be refunded the rest of the amount or I could choose another section of quartz for my counter and then covid hit so everything was on lockdown. Just spoke to mike (owner) today and he asked me where to send the invoice for storage fees on a slab that he sold years ago. Nothing in my paperwork shows any fee for storage and he is also refusing to refund me the amount I paid for the extra stone. This company will rip you off and force you to buy an entire half slab or full slab and then steal the left over to sell to someone else. Absolutely disgusting."

"We were very pleased with Marble Deluxe and would use them again! Carol was very easy to deal with, informative and helpful. We were looking for granite for a master bath and a guest bath. Their selection of granite was wide and we found two beautiful slabs. They worked with us in the cutting of the granite to show special areas we wanted kept intact. Delivery and installation went smoothly. We would definitely use them again. (And, the prices are reasonable!)"

"I would give zero stars if I could!! This was the worst company we had to deal with throughout our build. Customer service was absolutely horrible...both Mike (owner) and Carol act like they could care less and are totally unwilling to help. We had to come back numerous times just to be able to see a slab and a remnant to see if the color would work. Then when they finally came to install, they drilled our faucet holes off center, or facet handles were also not centered with each other...the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...these people have no idea what they're doing. Save yourself the headache."

"These guys did an awesome job! I shopped around quite a bit for granite - so glad I did. They were prompt, friendly, clean, and installed carefully and beautifully. Their prices were fair, and the end result is great. I highly recommend Marble Deluxe!"
