"Unknowledgeable staff. Owner was rude and had no idea what he was talking about.This shop actually caused further damage to my vehicle. Alignment came back with the steering wheel off center. (Whole purpose of the alignment) Went to a different shop for a second opinion, found out they "balanced" my tires more than 2 ounces off balance. Thankfully a different company was able to rectify this amateur shops costly mistakes and get me back on the road quickly. Won't be back. Do not recommend for any form of service. Wouldn't even trust them to top off the air in my tires properly"

"During my work day, I noticed a flat on my truck. With only two hours remaining in my shift... :[ I called this place (admittedly) 'cause it was right across the street.. (Convenience is key!) Little did i know though... I was in for a treat! I was given an estimate (that I loved) within minutes, and they replaced both front tires before I was even done working! (Less than an hour later!!) These guys are seriously incredible. Customer service was great, and the prices even better. Speed and quality too? Too good to be true! :] I'm very grateful for all the guys at the shop; I feel comfortable trusting their work AND recommending it to others."

"Bought the oil change/tire rotation Groupon. Made the appointment. I showed up early and I waited 4 hours! Then I got my car back totally misaligned. So I had to return on Monday for them to fix that. Next, I brought my other car to them 1 month later on a Wednesday at 1045am because I bought 2 Groupons. The place only had 2 customers there but the guy told me they nearest available appointment is for Friday. I pointed out that they are not even busy today and he told me to go ahead and fix their customers cars myself. He also said they don't take customers without an appointment which is a complete lie because i noticed plenty of walk-ins the first time i was there. Horrible customer service and horrible service! I So regret buying that Groupon."

"Called in to make sure they could do my oil change. When I get there they tell me they're all booked this week even though I made the appointment. Would not recommend. Did a safety check here before but they completely missed my brake like being on the verge of breaking. Luckily I took it to my trusted mechanic in time. Don's Auto near 9 and Ryan."

"I have been a customer here on many occasions and always had excellent service. Some of those other reviewers sure seem fishy to me. My whole family brings their cars here and we've always been given fair pricing and great service and the work is A-1. We own five cars from a 2011 to a 1999 so we've had lots of experience with other shops and that's why we continue to com e here. VERY honest people."
