"love this store but every time i go there which seems to be less and less all the employees are so rude and never WANT to help !"
"Hit or miss. I had an issue with a product not registering because their system was down. The receipt got lost, and I've never had an issue returning something without a receipt. The chainsaw I purchased failed to oil the bar and chain and over heated within the first hour of using it. The manager acted like he was doing me a favor by replacing it without a receipt , when it was their fault for not being able to register my number correctly at check out. The rest of the visit was met with terrible attitudes from the manager and the cashier. Update on another shopping trip here. The obese male manager was to lazy to get up and help me after failing multiple times to find a product in the store. Instead of walking 30' to the Isle to help me, he called a young female to help me. She had to clue either, so I ended up having to go somewhere else."
