"Our family has been buying beef from Apsey Farms for about 3 years. We have been so happy with the meat, we decided to take a trip to Michigan to see their operation for ourselves. We’ve met Kyle Apsey before on deliveries (nicest guy you’ll ever meet) but on this trip we also had the pleasure of meeting his dad Bob. Wonderful people! We really enjoyed the tour and their hospitality. Yes, it’s truly organic grass fed beef raised on a farm that is authentically practicing regenerative farming. The animals are robustly healthy (including their chickens, pigs, etc.) And nothing feels better than driving home with a trunk load of that delicious beef! I have often heard people say grass fed beef lacks marbling and flavor…but they have obviously never had Apsey beef! It is truly hands down THE BEST beef we have ever tasted. And I am just so thankful to be able to feed such nutrient dense food to my family. To say we highly recommend them is a gross understatement! You’ve got to try them out!"
