"They don't guarantee their work--not even for like 12 hours. Everyone seemed nice, but my dip manicure chipped severely after NINE HOURS. Literally, I had my nails done over lunch and when I went to bed my nails looked like trash (not to mention the massive unsightly lump in my thumb nail). I figured that, since they had only just done the job, I could call and have it fixed up. I left a voicemail explaining my dip had chipped immediately despite me literally just working on a computer in the meantime and they never got back to me. Now it's been one week and six of my nails are chipped. Dip typically lasts me about three weeks--it's not like I just don't know how to take care of my hands. Edited to add: Totally forgot that the gal actually filed the skin off my thumb (hence the scab in the picture)"

"Had a previous dip removed and my nails shaped/filed. My hands are still pretty covered in the previous color and I thought $25 for this service was quite high since they didn’t even paint my nails or put on a drop of lotion. I don’t think I’ll be going back sadly."
