"This store is big, and nobody knows where anything is because they keep moving things. Even the assistant manager couldn't help narrow down where an item we were specifically looking for was. They don't have things organized with like items together. It's all scattered everywhere. We spent 25 minutes in the store trying to find that item only to find out that they were gone. At least nobody could find it anyway. I sure hope things change. Every person we talked to said the same thing - so hard to find specific items."
