"Very rarely have I felt the need to give such a low rating but in my opinion, it is deserved! We came to a name we trusted and we shouldn't have. We purchased a 2 thousand dollar mattress AND the $150 dollar warranty. Fully aware of the SUPPOSED sleep trial, and the ability to return the product did it not work for us. After a week of sleeping half the night on the new mattress, and ending up on the couch, we knew the mattress did not work for us. Sadly, the 10 year old mattress we replaced was better. We were told, Sorry, you are out of luck, "THIS" particular mattress doesn't qualify. Out of pocket 2 grand for a defective mattress. I will never recommend or give this chain another chance. I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed with their willingness to help resolve this issue. Buyer Beware!"
