"What a great experience ! Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and his install team was beyond professional. Quick, easy and affordable should be their motto. After wasting hours wondering around Home Depot’s flooring section and being told it would be a minimum of 6 weeks before they could install, my wife and I decided to go to a local professional. I wish we had started with Shillings! Terry really knows his stuff ! He walked us through some different carpeting options and answered all our questions. The showroom is full of high quality materials so you can touch and feel what you’re getting and it is all at lower prices than we saw at Home Depot. He saved us a ton of time and money and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. We were even able to get a higher end carpet pad than we originally planned thanks to all the savings. It feels like walking on a cloud and it is made from recycled materials so it is as eco friendly as these kind of things can get. Cannot say enough good things about the crew. Tear up & haul away, Install on 3 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs and a finished basement only took a day and a half ! Save yourself time and money and go to Shillings !"

"Very impressed with their customer service and communication. We had porcelain tile installed in our kitchen, two halls, two closets, and front room areas - a very irregular shape of about 800 square feet. Shillings clearly spelled out in the estimate and discussions, what they would do and what was expected of us. We could take on whatever prep we wanted to do, and they would adjust the price accordingly. They estimated product delivery time accurately, came when they said they would, and stayed until the job was complete. The installers even worked Saturday to get the job done. There were no hidden extras. Any miscellaneous trim was adjusted to our complete satisfaction. At the end, they took care of every detail, and did not have to come back for any changes. Throughout the process, Terry was extremely responsive, always there to answer the phone, and replied to emails 24/7. Any doubt and he was on the phone to make sure everything was clear and acceptable. So glad we shopped local and not big box this time. The personal service is outstanding at Shillings. We will be going back for the next flooring project soon."
