Just 25 miles northeast of Grand Rapids, this picturesque two-mile course offers ten challenging turns, a 3,200 ft. straight, and an average width of 40 ft. for an exceptional racing experience. Additionally, Grattan Raceway features a 1.25-mile Motocross course known as Great Lake MX.
The newly repaved two-mile course at Grattan Raceway is a thrilling mix of winding, hilly terrain with a variety of corners, including uphill and downhill turns, a flat-out dog leg, hidden apex, Monza bowl, ess turns, and a reverse camber turn. Drivers from various racing disciplines, such as Indy cars, Trans AM, motorcycles, S.C.C.A., and Go-Karts, praise the track's design and beauty. The track surface drains well in rain and dries quickly, with ample run-off areas and Armco-protected corner stations for safety.
Spectators at Grattan Raceway enjoy excellent viewing opportunities, with up to 90% of the racetrack visible from one seat. The facility also offers tiled restrooms with showers, a paved paddock area, and garage units for racing teams' comfort. Located just 20 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids, the area provides hotel accommodations, shopping centers, and dining options for visitors.
