Staples told me they could send it out to have their pro clean it up for a fee, but then refused to take a credit card over the phone. Said I had to drive all the way there to pay. I went on to vista print’s site and when I uploaded the graphic, it auto-cleaned it up instantly, and I placed the order instantly for 1/3 the price..."

But Mark went above and beyond what I’d ever experienced in customer service before - he was amazing as we went back and forth for 3 days about some postcards I was sending with my boss to a conference.
