"They are very kind and keep the kids calm. My son is only 5 and needed a filling, he didn't seem scared by the experience at all. The one thing I took a star off for was that they asked for payment at time of service, I have never seen this practice before. It felt tacky to me, my dentist and any Dr's I've had just bill it to the house. If the expectation is to pay at this time, they should make that more clear when scheduling. I didn't even have my HSA card with me. All went smoothly and they are all very friendly and great with kids"

"Overall pretty good care here. Last time my daughter had a visit there she was not happy at all. My daughter let the dentist know about a sensitive area and to be extra careful there but the dentist continued to be VERY rough. They filed part of her gums off causing it to bleed for a while."
