"Fantastic 1st experience at NEU Family Dental! I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived at Dr. Neu Dental, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They were very professional and greeted me like I've been going there for a long time, immediately putting me at ease. It was my first time visiting their office. All of their customers waiting to be seen were so happy to be there and had nothing but good feedback to say about them. It made me excited to be there. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist, everyone I encountered made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. The facilities at NEU Family Dental are top-notch. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology, which instilled confidence in the quality of care I received. As soon I was called to get my services done, Casey, one of the dental hygienists there was so nice and made me feel so welcomed. I knew I was in good hands. Her professionalism and knowledge to give me any and all information was insightful. They were also able to explain what I needed done and actually took the time unlike other dental practices I've visited in the past. Dr. Neu took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and addressed all of my concerns with patience and expertise. They demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire appointment. Overall, my first experience at NEU Family Dental exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you to Dr. Neu and his team for truly making me feel like I was part of their family! "Incredible high tech dentistry. Crowns laser-made right there. And a cool salt water fish tank. Really skilled dentists and amazing techs. Dr. Neu gave me a root canal perfectly even though the canal had closed up. That is a difficult procedure. Well done! I can eat the same day without pain. Thank you Dr. Neu."

"I thought it was a really good experience. They are VERY thorough in their comprehensive exam, and Dr. Neu was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a thorough explanation. He even went over sleep apnea and other services that I might find beneficial. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was due to the fact that no one mentioned the first appointment is only a comprehensive exam, and I would need to come back again. I understood why and it is really best practice, I just wish I had known, because I took the day off of work. The good news is they have evening appointments! That's awesome!! I found my new dentist!"

"When I was struggling to find a good dentist due to dental anxiety/ wisdom tooth pain, I had reached across their page online and thought it was the best fit for me (the reviews do not disappoint or lie!) Dr. Neu and his assistant Wilma were amazing. Over all the whole staff was very accommodating and kind! Both Dr. and Wilma explained everything and was very gentle and patient. Took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable and received the best treatment. I will be back and recommend my family!"
