"Customer experience: poor. Made appointment a month and advance. Took off work for it. Confirmed the date and time more than once. Arrived for the appointment and told i had been marked as a no show for two hours before my scheduled appointment. No availability to reschedule for three weeks. Front desk staff didn't know how to process my insurance when I gave them the information over the phone. All and all pretty poor customer service. The hours are also pretty terrible. I should have known better than to schedule here based on the extremely limited hours alone. The building itself looks nice and clean. Can't comment on how the actual professionals are at this business because my appointment never happened. Hopefully, they can work on their customer service, specifically those at the front desk and answering their phones."
