"We had a great experience! They were communicative, responsive and accommodating. We realized last minute there was a triathlon going on in our neighborhood on delivery day and they brought it early to make sure we’d have it for the party. By the way, if you ever rent a bounce house, I highly recommend paying a little extra to have it set up the night before. Our kids got some extra bouncing in that evening and slept SO WELL which made the party go so smoothly because they were well rested. Zero damage to the lawn from that extra time. Anyways, super awesome, my kids and their friends had the best time ever! Thank you!"

Product drop off and set up took no longer than a half hour and the taking down was done with an extremely effective cleaning before taking the bounce house down.
