"Came in for a brake inspection and expected to be told I needed new brake pads. Service manager said my brakes were good to go - still a lot of pad left! Not knowing how to check them myself, it’s nice to know they don’t try to scam you. When I do need the brake job, I will be returning to the same store! I also knew I was almost due for an oil change, and when they said the oil life was showing 27% I got that done as well. Service was fast and thorough. Staff was very nice."
"Always a positive experience going to this location for an oil change. They get your vehicle right in, and right out while still taking the time to go through their inspection recommendations with you without pressuring you into adding more services. Last time my onstar recommended my engine filter be changed. They pulled it out and brought it to me to show me it was still in good condition and did not need replacing. The most recent time they pulled a different filter and recommended it be changed.. because of their honest reputation I agreed to change it no hesitations. I’d recommend this shop for anyone needing quick, and honest service."
"Employees were all friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Oil change was done quickly and for a fair price. Only thing I’m not a fan of is not being able to stay in your vehicle to pull in the garage and stay in your vehicle for the duration of the oil change. That being said I do understand the safety risk involved in customers driving their vehicle in/out of the garage."
