"Visited on Friday and brought my niece there to check out bathroom items, because I have purchased Aker shower units from them previously. The three men behind the counter were busy and said they would be right with us, so we looked around. After about 20 minutes, the men were talking behind the counter but didn't look very interested in helping us so we left. It was very disappointing because I was very satisfied when I ordered my Aker shower units, but the women who helped me was not there. It was embarrassing because I told my niece that they had everything for your bathroom and should check it out. No one else was in the place either and it was early morning. It's called Customer Service."

"OK - Other than their showroom, Mid City is a plumbing supply house. They have everything in that arena you could ever need! Being such a place, the service counter is staffed with highly knowledgeable professionals. What makes Mid City really great is that every time I (a completely clueless non-pro) walk in there, needing some stupid $2.00 part, I'm always treated very cordially, and helped to the utmost. I've counted on these guys being there and being who they are for years - and they always come through. Thanks to all of you guys at Mid City!"
