"This venue has beautiful garden, facilities were clean and offered everything we needed. The catering and communication or lack of updates about changes were not great. We tried the menu and made choices. When we had our first meeting to identify the specifics, we were told there was a new chef, but that he could make the same dishes with the same quality as what we sampled. We also chose a beer for the bar, and were told it was available to be purchased. We were unpleasantly surprised to see that what ended up in the bar was a different beer than our fist choice, and we received no communication about the change until the night of our reception. The meals served were not what we thought we had ordered, the chicken was not bbq, and the pot roast had no gravy on it. The food was dry and lacked flavor. We were embarrassed about the quality of the meal our guests were served. We thought it would be wonderful and were excited beforehand. At our event we were disappointed and frustrated. This is not what was communicated to us at our meetings. Also, we were told from the beginning, we could leave decorations to be picked up the next day. We were told this before we even booked the venue, and it was one of the perks we thought we had. The night of our reception we were told we had to take everything out, so we had to scramble after a very long day to figure out where to load them up and our guests had to stay and help us pack everything up, also very embarrassing. This communication was just plain false, and a surprise after being told the opposite several times during the planning process. Overall I would not book another wedding at this venue. The quality of food and communication is the reason."

"I've coordinated & hosted many events here. Some for 10 people, 30 people, and 250 people. The rooms are great for a small board meeting, a presentation, or a conference. The staff is attentive and the food is good. The price is also right."

"In true COVID fashion, our original venue cancelled on us two months before our wedding. I reached out to Bill and Donna about our very popular date and miraculously they had availability! The Pinnacle was incredibly communicative in the weeks leading up to our wedding and made several adjustments based on what we had originally planned to do. Our room supervisors, Gloria and Heidi, did a great job and are such friendly people. Everything on the day of went smoothly, and if it didn’t, I never heard about it until the next day. We had the most perfect weather and were able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. Dinner inside was very spaced out and all of our guests felt safe. A really nice bonus was that our DJ and video/livestream services were included in their price. The Pinnacle Center is a great option for your wedding, no matter how big or small!"
