Went in to pick it up on the morning of our gathering and needed a couple extra pounds. Again I was pleased they were able to accommodate us. The price was very fair and the meat was cut and trimmed perfectly!! Then we cooked it and it only got better! By far the best meat we have found in our time in the MidWest so far!!
