"Not a safe space. They are ridiculously under staffed. Only one kid was in charge of keeping the entire area safe and visibly did not care about the rules. I sat and watched as every single rule for safety was broken by most everyone attending there and watched as many kids got hurt by adults not following the rules. The “security” guard spent more time staring at the parents and never once corrected anything that was against the rules. I do not blame the one kid that was left in charge, alone, on a Saturday. I blame management. This place is huge, one person isn’t enough to keep kids safe. Yes I get we sign a waiver and need to keep an eye on our own children but no one’s keeping an eye on the adults breaking every rule and hurting kids. I saw 3 kids get kicked in the face by a the same adult breaking the jump rules. Want your kids safe? Go to Craig’s cruisers I’m GR, they’re always well staffed and they are strict with their rules."

"We love coming here to burn some energy! It's an hour away for us but worth the drive. Kind of on the smaller side and variety of jumping options, but the kids love it still."

"We just had our daughter’s birthday party here and I can’t say thank you enough! The kids had a blast! Brooke, our party coordinator was so helpful and there for us every step of the way. She made sure to confirm everything with me ahead of time. She had the room ready to go with everything we needed for the party. She helped everyone get checked in, served everyone pizza, provided anything extra we needed. The staff was also very accommodating. They could see that our guests were arriving and getting excited so they let us enter the park 15 min early which was nice. We also had a few minor injuries and they provided ice and band aides. They were super nice and helpful. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I was glad to not have to do clean up. I would definitely have another party here. I guess my only suggestion would be bring some bottled water if you get the package where you can bring outside food. I ended up buying bottled water there for guests and could have saved a little bringing my own. They provide pop but I wasn’t even thinking about how thirsty the kids would be half way through their jump time. Anyway, totally worth the money and fun for all."

"Definitely a busy place. So they're are kids flying everywhere. If you have multiples, maybe color coordinate to help. Prices were steep but the baby loved it! Will definitely be back!"
