"Basically don’t purchase Migala if you have pets or kids. They claim stain resistance but their 30 year warranty doesn’t mean much. 3 years in and we will be tearing this carpet out due to terrible absorption of anything that touches it. I’ve never had such awful carpet or customer service in my life. The attached photo is within 6 months of the last cleaning. It began looking this way within a week of the professional cleaning. Apparently we should need to get a professional cleaning every month to have carpet that doesn’t look like it belongs in a foreclosed home. Absolutely would not recommend. Save your time, money and energy and go to Home Depot."

"My experience with Migala was phenomenal! From the day I walked in and met Marti (designer) until the last install day, everything went so smoothly. Everyone, including the manager, Joe, went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. Marti helped us pick out tiles for our kitchen and bath and carpeting for several rooms. All of the installers were great. They too, went out of their way to insure the quality of work was perfect and completed in a timely manner. We definitely recommend their services and will return if we have any new projects."

"I can't say enough about the team at Migala Carpet One Floor and Home, Particularly designer Kim Sikkema, As a rabid HGTV watcher, I had my own ideas about what I wanted. Kim was able to channel my enthusiasm and focus on what I needed. Faced with so many choices and options Kim helped me drill down to what I wanted and made sure I didn't blow the budget. Kim showed me multiple options that I hadn't even considered. Her knowledge of the products made the decision process very easy. The installation team was amazing. The tile was installed by a gentleman named Bart, He is a true craftsman. He did a beautiful precise job on my tile install. I couldn't be happier.
