"We scheduled an appointment to have some electrical work done in our vacation home in Florida. The appointment had a 6 hour arrival window, which first of all I didn't appreciate, because I didn't want to spend a vacation day at home. After 2 hours had gone by I got a call from the electrician letting me know he was running late and he would show up towards the end of the appointment. He never showed up. I called the office and left a voicemail. I got a call later that night from someone not even in Florida wanting to reschedule and that his tech got busy to make it to my appointment. Maybe another phone call would have been nice. Burn me once, shame on you, burn me twice, shame on me. Not giving that opportunity to waste another day on vacation. If you are such a large corporation that handles so many jobs, better find a way to make sure you are giving good service. I am going with the locals next time."

"Both Dylan and Chase have been OUTSTANDING. Furnace went on the fritz during the 'arctic blast'. Dylan got the furnace going, even though we need a new part. We didn't freeze last night, so I'm pleased. Whitney will contact us when the part arrives, and we'll go from there. So far, absolutely no complaints."

"This company is very unprofessional. Our water heater needed to be replaced. It was still under a manufacturer’s warranty. They told me I needed to call the company & give them the authorization number the company gave me. If they had to call the company, they would charge $250! I called the company & emailed Whitney all the information. They set up a service call for 2 days later. I sat here all day waiting for them to show up & nobody came. I texted to find out if they were still coming only to be told that the technician attempted to contact me to tell me that I'm supposed to drive 26 miles to exchange the water heater myself. Nobody contacted me! I had no messages about this at all. I called the company for the water heater & they said that it's the plumber's job to switch out the water heater. Whitney Holdings is a joke & they are VERY LAZY! I won't ever do business with them again!"

"Unfortunately the worst customer service and hvac service I have ever encountered. Waited 4 weeks for a “lost” furnace. Got the run around over and over from them. Then once they finally did install, it broke the next day. They told me they would be out at 8:30 the next day. No call no show that day until after 12:00. Very unprofessional company."
