"They do not stand behind their product. Beware the warranty. Our bed is just 3 yrs old and having to spend more money on the mattress cover which ripped from the magnets. Poor design and you will end up continuing to invest in repairs because the so called 15 year warrant prorates at a ridiculous rate. I would not recommend anyone buy a sleep number bed. So disappointed. Also, the new mattress covers with the magnets I must purchase have a 30 day warranty THEN they drop DOWN to the prorated percentage of my ORIGINAL warranty on the bed. Response to Sleep Number (owner) The first year I would have never considered that I needed to inspect the underside of the matress cover to see if the magnet was tearing out of the cover. For all I know it could have started tearing within the 1st year. I'm not going to argue the point. I like my bed just don't feel the company stands very well behind the product for the price paid. Also to put a brand new matress covering on and then drop the warranty on it in 30 days down to the beds orginal purchase is not reasonable. But it is what it is - I have no choice. The techs that came out were great."

"Worst investment ever. 10,000 bucks for a glorified air mattress. Wake up sore as heck every day. I definitely do not recommend this bed for anyone."

Zach was able to answer each one with knowledge and patience, as this company has come so far since our first purchase. We left the store happy, with four bags of accessories and the promise of delivery in a few short weeks. We drove 2 hours to talk to someone, and would gladly travel farther for Zach’s customer service. Sleep Number has a star in their midst and we hope they realize their good fortune."
