"Love this place! They are a Greenworks authorized service center, and I had a Greenworks lawnmower stop working. Brought it in, and they diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, Greenworks would not provide a replacement part, so Ernie and their service tech submitted a warranty claim. The claim went through, and a brand new mower was delivered. Picked it up today, and they unboxed it, set it up, and put it in our vehicle. Bonus... they refunded the diagnostic bench fee because it ended up being covered under the warranty. State St. is busy at times, so you may have a short wait in shop or for service... but I'll take that given the excellent and reliable service. They also have an expanded selection of all things yardcare from zero turns, riders, walk behinds, chain saws, trimmers and blowers. Great place to find parts also. Two thumbs up for St. Street Hardware!!"
