"If I could give negative star I would, I drove close to 600 miles in one day to make sure that they received the product that they order through Louisiana pacific. I show up and has a sign that reads, "no overnight parking" There is NO place to park anywhere in this town for trucks. Companies like this order thousands of pounds of product, then basically will not allow trucks to park if arriving after hours. And they are VERY unpleasant people. "Fix your hours drove over a hour to find out you are closed but everything online says you are open"

"I had french doors Installed in 2018. Have had issues ever since. Doors have draft issue at the top and leak at the bottom. My builder has tried fixing them several times and said they just need to be replaced. Unfortunately for me Lumbermens door rep isn't interested in doing that."

"The most terrible place where you can come and make your delivery, I put one, I could give them -1, I would gladly put them and terribly not polite people who treat our work without respect…..!!!!!!!!!!! When you calling them to ask for delivery time they tells you it’s FCFS but in fact you will need to have an appointment to get a door.!!!!!!"

"We have never worked with Lumbermen's, but had a very negative experience with an employee. I was in a rush to get to the store on my lunch hour, and opened my garage to find a Lumbermen's truck blocking my driveway. After a few minutes, I was able to locate the driver and asked him to move. He obliged, and moved the truck. When I got back home, the truck was parked back in front of my driveway, again blocking me. After a few more minutes, I found the driver, and asked him to move. He was extremely rude and asked if he could finish unloading. When I told him he needed to move the truck immediately, he was again very rude and pushed back on moving the truck, which took significantly longer than just moving the truck in the first place. I've rarely been so annoyed with an experience, and cannot understand why this employee would find it okay to block a driveway actively being used, when there were plenty of places open on our side yard. I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but would undoubtedly avoid doing any business with this company based on the interaction with this employee."
