"Hello google world , my mother in-law bought a 2014 ford explorer, this took place on December 11th 2023 , when she bought it , it really wasn’t that cold out , it wasn’t until it got colder with snow when she started using the heat , well guess what there was no heat , so we did what we thought we should do and replaced the thermostat, come to find out the thermostat was rusted into the thermostat housing, we finally got it out and we tested the thermostat and it was shot , no antifreeze has been to the thermostat for a long time , there was 0 antifreeze in the upper hose to . Well after we put the new thermostat in we found out that there was almost no antifreeze in the system , so we kept adding and adding til it was filled to where it was supposed to be. Then boom the light came on to the car for overheating, so we checked the reservoir for the antifreeze and it was almost empty again so we continued to fill it up again , finally she was able to drive it back n forth to work but I had her checking the fluid level every day, and she had to add to it daily, so I took her car to go work on the exhaust this was maybe 2 days after the new thermostat was put in , I stopped at the store and when I come walking out I seen a puddle underneath the car , yup the water pump went completely out , now the reason why I’m writing this , 1. It’s the facts 2. Ron Neale isn’t a good guy definitely not a stand up guy . December 11th he stood right in front of my wife my daughter and my mother in-law and he said he didn’t even know how to work the heater from inside the car , but yet today he said he had heat , I know and he knows he’s a liar , I have caught him in a few since unfortunately being told about him and his cars . This fix isn’t some $1000 fix , it’s very very expensive. So please if you deal with this guy be super careful because he will definitely screw you if he has the opportunity."

He had us give him our contact info so if he got anything in my price range hed call us and he end up calling us about a dodge nitro and even let me and my dad take a drive with it.
