It’s not this particular store, it’s all of them & it is angering. You’d think in our rural communities they’d do us right but they don’t! That’s why I’ve been saying for years they need to get rid of family fare & bring in a Walmart! I swear every time I come out of a family fare I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I know there’s Walmarts around like in West branch, Gaylord, but a lot of people around here don’t even have a vehicle & it’s obviously been worse since Covid. If family fare really wanted to do right by its loyal (have no choice) customers? They’d lower prices smh…"

"Prices here are insanely high compared to downstate prices at places like Meijer or Kroge. Staff is extremely friendly and the store is clean, which is why this place doesn’t get fewer stars. But I highly recommend a Yes! Card to help with prices. It’s really convenient that they have the aisle directory listed on the shopping carts. They also sell some non grocery items, as well as beer, wine, and some liquors."
