"Freindly people. The burber carpet installed is great but be careful if you do the 'transition strips' yourself. I was told to have just so much plank flooring gap up to the line where the carpet starts. They didn't give me good instructions and when I drilled the first screw, the carpet unravelled. Their contractor could have gave some prior advice. Then they charged me to have their contractor come back and repair the carpet. The plank flooring they sold me isn't as good as some flooring sold at Menards. Didn't lock together so well. Looks good though."
