She just walked away without one word to help another customer. No excuse me, any further questions, or suggestions. I went to a real paint store to draw on the knowledge of the staff. I was willing to pay higher prices for the knowledge I needed. After leaving I went to Menards and bought 4- 5 gallon buckets of stain, in the color I wanted. It was the same color she showed me, when applied it was exactly the color shown on the sample. So much for keeping it local."

"This place is the worst! I went into the store to buy mortorized shades I knew want I wanted basically and stood around for some time waiting to be waited on. Finally after some time went by I was greeted by an old man, he seemed to be busy and told me he would be right back. Then after some time another person came by they told my they would call me the following week to set up an appointment. No calls I called them and ask if I could set up that appointment we scheduled at there convenience the following week. Finally they came by measured and I went back in to confirm what I wanted to order. They then told me I couldn’t get anything other than a cellular type blind. I knew they were telling me wrong and decided to go to another shade company. I ordered my shades in Kalamazoo and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to them there so nasty and haven’t any idea what there doing! Don’t shop there beware!"
