"Recently contacted Infinity to remove old ceramic tile and install new vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Nick proceeded to write the estimate up to include the dining room. Now I'm getting hit with a 25% restocking fee for the stuff he ordered that wasn't needed. He says we wanted to take out the wood floors and install vinyl in our dining room. Does this make sense to anyone? Also there is no one in this shop that can do anything without Nick being there. Had we asked for the dining room to be done and changed out minds then it makes sense. We were ripped off. Stay away. Lousy response times (we had to call 5 times just to get him to respond to our original request for an estimate). To add insult to injury his demo crew did absolutely NOTHING to mitigate the dust from the ceramic removal. That left us with a mess throughout the entire home which required wiping down EVERYTHING on the first floor (walls, trim, furniture, floors, kitchen cabinet contents). Contract with them at your own risk."

"This is the first time I have ever written a review on a company. Probably because I have never been this unsatisfied with a company as much as I am with Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. In September 2014 we had a new house built. We bought all of our flooring from Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. On the main floor of our house {except for one bedroom} we had vinyl plank flooring installed. Within the first year of installation we had the planks separating on the ends. We had the installer back to our house twice that year to pound the planks back together but never fixed the problem. In the third year we had at least 30 planks that had separated. My wife tried to call the owner several times but he wouldn't return her calls. Finally she called and talked to the owners wife. she got the ball rolling. They sent the installer to our house to look at the flooring. He seemed surprised by how bad it was. The installer said "let me call the company owner to see what he wants me to do about it". The owner told him to pound the planks together and then leave. I have to mention that the installer was very nice and I could tell that he didn't agree with what the owner was telling him to do and he seemed to be embarrassed that the owner wouldn't do more. Now about every other month I have to remove the baseboards and pound the separated planks back together. The planks are also starting to separate on the sides. This means that in the near future I'm going to have to replace a 6-7 year old floor with a new one. I'll guarantee that my new floor won't come from Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. UPDATE: After writing this review I was contacted by the owner of Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. He visited our house and agreed that our flooring was defective. He brought some new floor samples to our house and let us pick one out. He did not charge us for the new flooring. We did have a charge for removing the old flooring and installing the new flooring. I wish it hadn't taken so long to solve the problem but it is finally solved. I now have a new view of Infinity Floors & Cabinets. Thank You Nick."

"We did our new kitchen through Infinity, and could not be happier with the results. They carry excellent quality products, and their staff is absolutely wonderful. We have beautiful new wood cabinets, an awesome granite counter top, stone back splash on the walls, and a new floor that is just the best. They helped with the design, and assisted us in picking out just the right products for us. The installation crews are top-notch, and all was done in a very timely manner.
