"These guys SAVED MY WEEKEND away with my daughter! I was on the freeway driving from Chicago to Sandusky Ohio when the check engine light pops on. I know I have to get off the freeway and I’m in an absolute panic. It is 4:15 PM on a Friday. I find the closest Honda and luckily they are not terribly far away and they are open. The full solution is something we will fix at home, but they had a temporary solution for me that they were able to complete that night. I was still nervous about getting in the car and completing the road trip. I had three more hours to go, and then five back to Chicago the following day. The man at the desk (whose name I wish I had gotten) looked me in the eye and assured me, “You’re going to be fine.” I FINALLY calmed down. And he was right. We made it to and from our destination and will forever be grateful to the kindness and concern of Bosak Honda for completing the work for us even as the time ticked past closing. Thank you again!!"
